We can host our little friends in carrying bags at Akasya. If you wish, you can check in by depositing your carry-on bag at the Akasya Information Center on the Ground Floor.

Small breed dogs (less than 5 kg), medium and large breed dogs (more than 5 kg) and all cat species are accepted to Akasya with carrying bags and boxes designed for them.

You can get a limited number of carrier bags or pet strollers from the Akasya information team, large enough to accommodate small breed dogs (less than 5 kg) and cats. Our service provided with carrying bags and pet strollers; It is valid only during your visit, by taking your identity and contact information, collecting it from the information desk and delivering it to the same point. (At this stage, the pet passport will be questioned.)

T.R. American Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasilerio, Japanese Tosa, American Staffordshire Terrier and American Bully breed dogs, which are stated in the circular numbered 2021/48 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry dated 07.12.2021 and are in the category of endangered animals (guide dogs). will not be admitted to Akasya in accordance with the circular.

Akasya has a parking capacity of 3380 vehicles. If you wish, you can deliver your vehicles to the valet attendants at the valet points in our North and South entrance areas. Before receiving your vehicle, you can call the valet number given to you at the time of delivery and have your vehicle prepared closer to your departure time.

You can also benefit from valet and parking services at a 40% discount with the Akasya Mobile App and make parking payments via mobile.

KidZania guests; If they have their parking tickets validated at the KidZania box office, they can use the Akasya car park free of charge between 10.00 and 22:00. Vehicles departing after 22:00 will make payment based on the first entry time.

Cinema guests; If they have their parking tickets validated at the cinema box office, they can use the Akasya car park free of charge for an additional 1.5 hours, i.e. 4.5 hours in total (3 hours + 1.5 hours). Vehicles exceeding 4.5 hours are paid based on the first entry time.

In case the ticket is lost in vehicles entering on the same day, the daily lost ticket fee (tariff valid for 12-24 hours) will be charged. Discounts and campaigns cannot be used. Vehicles with lost tickets are processed through license and ID checks.

Free usage is valid between 10:00-22:00 on the same day. In cases exceeding these hours, the parking fee tariff is applied as of the time the vehicle enters.

Disabled visitors

It is required to apply with a copy of the license with the phrase "Disabled" in the Vehicle License or a "disabled vehicle card" along with an ID card for the disabled.

Visitors who are veterans

Must apply with a veteran ID card.

Visitors who are relatives of veterans

Relatives of veterans must apply with their ID card.

Visitors who are relatives of martyrs

The martyr's relative must apply with his/her ID card.

Public personnel on duty (official vehicle and uniform)

Approval is obtained from the operation unit for applications regarding free exit requests from public officials on official duty, such as police, gendarmerie, municipal police, prosecutors and Turkish Armed Forces officers.

You can freely perform your worship in the masjid area reserved for men and women, located on the -1st Floor.
